Coast Properties Solutions came about as the result of over 3 decades of dealing with the public, hearing, addressing, and solving problems with a common sense, mutually beneficial approach. In that time, I found that most people just want to be treated fairly, and that it is not necessary to take advantage of anyone in business. In reality, people will remember you not just for what you say, and what you do, but most importantly, for how you make them feel when they are dealing with you.
Recently, It seems as though there is no longer anything safe, sacred, or secure. Ideals such as common sense, and customer service are seemingly becoming endangered species, being replaced systematically by the greed, insensitivity, and indifference of big businesses in America today. So much so that millions of decent, hardworking people now find themselves in danger of losing everything that they have worked so hard to achieve. Equities lost, homes facing foreclosure, investments dwindling or even devastated. What ever happened to listening, and caring about people? They are not just clients, they are real, live, people, with troubles and questions, who just want a little common courtesy, and straight talk.
Well, I don't know about you, but this lack of fair treatment and common sense just made me angry. Angry enough to take action! And so, I founded Coast Properties Solutions with the sole purpose of assisting people in navigating these uncharted waters that our current economy and market have brought about.
